Every Plot & Plan home is its own commission — a one-of-one design, drawn to suit the fall of the land, the way the light moves across it, and the life of the family who will live there. No design is ever repeated. Once it is sold, it is retired from the collection and a new home is conceived to take its place.
What you secure, then, is not a unit. It is a piece of architecture that will never be built twice — within an estate curated to protect that singularity, and the value it holds.
