Nature's stamp of approval
There is a saying that if you build it, they will come, and nowhere is this truer than at the new water feature. As the water settled, the ecosystem immediately responded.
Weavers are now a bright flash of yellow at the entrance as they build their nests along the banks. Dragonflies dart across the surface, a familiar sign of a healthy and thriving water system.
Restoring the habitat
This dam is just the beginning. It reflects the broader goal for Helmsley: as construction progresses, the landscape is being rewilded too. The estate is not simply building homes; it is bringing life back to the land.
