The Road Home is Complete
The Road Home Is Complete
Both sides poured. Our full entrance now runs in solid concrete, kerb to kerb — the first impression of Helmsley, finished.
The completed entrance road at Helmsley Country Estate, June 2026.
There's a moment on every great estate when the vision stops being a plan and becomes a place you can stand on. For Helmsley, that moment is the drive in.
We poured the first side of the entrance earlier in the build. This week, the second side was completed — and with it, the full entrance road is now finished in solid concrete, kerb to kerb. It's the road you'll travel every day coming home, and the first thing your guests will see when they arrive.
We chose full cement for a reason. It's built to last — the same standard we're holding to across every part of Helmsley. A country estate is a long-term promise, and the ground beneath it should outlast us all.
Not a promise. Not a render. The real thing.
The entrance is only one of several milestones taking shape right now. Internal roads are being laid, kerbed and surfaced. A new dam is being shaped to draw water and birdlife into the heart of the estate. The gatehouse is rising at the threshold. And across 190 hectares of North Coast country, Phase 1 land is selling — with a quarter of the first phase already committed, the momentum is unmistakable.
If you've been watching Helmsley from a distance, consider this your sign to come and feel it underfoot. Drive the road. Walk your future stand. Watch the country open up the way it will every day once you call it home.
Come and drive it yourself.
